وإذا كانت هذه الدراسة تضم فصولاً متماسكة متكاملة، فإن كل فصل بدوره وحدة كاملة تدور حول دراسة مشكلة للها حدودها وأبعادها. ولقد حاول الباحث في تناوله لأحد فصول هذه الدراسة أن يورد بعض نماذج لتطبيق التعليم الأساسى في بعض الدول النامية، وإلى أن يعرض في نفس الوقت للاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في هذا الميدان.
