جاء الكتاب في ثلاثة فصول الفصل الأول منه مدخل إلى الحاسوب والشبكاتوالإنترنت ما لها وما عليها، ثم جاء الفصل الثاني ليتحدث بشكل مختصر عن التعليم الإلكتروني وتطبيقاته، وفي الفصل الثالث تحد الكتاب عن دور المعلم في بناء النظام التعليمي المناسب وحمايته من عبث العابثين.
