"تمرّ كما مررت منذ آلاف السنين، وصمت الأفق يبتلع ناصية الزمان، فاقداً نصف الحقيقة جاهلاً معنى المكان ناسياً ما هو المرور، باحثاً عن الأمان، تلهو بمقدورات جسدٍ هاملاً نضارة الروح، شارداً وراء شهواتك، ظاناً أنك وليد اليوم ولا تدرك ما هو أمسك، بائعاً يومك بالنقود، تغترف ملذاتك من ضيم الحياة، فُتاتاً لموائد الغدّ، متقوقعاً في حدثٍ هو جسدك، متعبداً لشهواته، حائراً في نزواته، راكعا أمام خبز الحياة، ناهباً ساعات الزمن، غير مبالٍ بنور الرحيل، الذي أودعته فيك قدرات السماء... أنت يا من تمرُّ مع الأيام مكرهاً، وغدٍ فيه لن تأجر، قسراً تحييك شرانق الموت، وقسراً تحيا، وبالموت قسراً تعظم، تمرُّ مترنماً بحكمة بعد الموت تكشف وتُعرف، تنسج منها مخدِّراً تشتفه صبراً، برحم أعمى لا يبصر وإن منَّ ليل العمر حسبته غمامه شحَّ الغيث فيها، وريح الهول تحملك تطوي السنين... تضنيك، وظلال عمرك فوق العباب تومئ للروح، والروح عطشى لما فيها، تندب وهم مخيّلة، تخمر الأحلام في أمانيها أيا بني الإنسان... غداً تزدِر من الدنيا، ولو كنت زهرة في روابيها، فهذا مرورك الذي لم تدركه في حياة مغبشة معانيها، فاذكر من المرور خروجك، تلك فرحة أنت ناسيها".
