هذه محاضرات ومقالات وبحوث كتبت في تواريخ مختلفة وفي مناسبات متباعدة وفي موضوعات عديدة، إلا أن ثمة خطاً مشتركاً يجمع بينها من حيث الأسلوب والمضمون. فمن حيث الأسلوب، يطغى شكل المحاضرة الحقوقية على هذه الكتابات إن لجهة الإيجاز والوضوح في آن، بلغة علمية مبينة فصيحة بعيدة عن الركاكة، غير متكلفة للبلاغة ولا متعمدة للأطناب.
ومن حيث المضمون تطمح هذه الكتابات والتي جاءت حول الحسابات المصرفية، طرق التنفيذ والقضاء المستعجل، ملكية الطبقات المتعددة، الأصول الإدارية غير النزاعية، مسؤولية الطبيب المدنية في التراث الشرعي، الطابع الإلزامي لقانون العمل، جرائم الإخلال بأمن الدولة، تطمح منه الكتابات للإحاطة بالموضوع المعالج باختصار غير مؤذٍ للبحث وبشمول غير مضجر، فلا ينتهي القارئ وإلا في ذهنه فكرة عامة دقيقة عن المسألة المطروحة قد لا تكون كافية ولا وافية بحد ذاتها للباحث المتعمق ولكنها تشكل بالنسبة له أداة عمل ينطلق منها إلى آفاق أوسع وأرحب وقد عثر على ضالته من مراجع وتأليف في العلم والاجتهاد، وأثارت فكره بما تتضمنه من أسئلة وتحتويه من مشكلات وإجابات.
وقد آثر الباحث أن لا تبقى هذه الكتابات مبعثرة في مراجع مختلفة فجمعها حول محاور تتناول موضوعات مشتركة (كالحسابات المصرفية وطرق التنفيذ والقضاء المستعجل وما إليها) بصرف النظر عن تاريخ كتابتها أو إلقائها أو نشرها، وأبقياها عليها كما هي دون تعديل أو تبديل أو إضافة حفظاً للأصل الذي كتبت فيه ومحافظة على الأمانة العلمية، وبصرف النظر عن تعديلات تشريعية طفيفة طرأت لا تمس الجوهر.
وإن غايته المتوخاة من هذا النشر واضحة وهي تعميم الفائدة العلمية وخدمة البحث القانوني وإثارة انتباه كل من يهتم بالمحاضرة والمقالة الحقوقية من قضاة وأساتذة ومحامين ومستشارين قانونيين وكتاب عدول ورجال أعمال وتجارة ومصارف وعلى الأخص طلاب كليات الحقوق.
