جزء نافع مبارك من أحاديث الإمام الحافظ أبي الحسين أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد القُدُوري عن شيوخه، من رواية أبي عبد الله محمد بن علي الدامغاني. لقد اهتم العلماء بهذا الجزء، وأخرَجوا بعض نصوصه من طريق مؤلفه؛ وذلك بسبب ما له من منزلة بين أهل العلم، فهو صاحب المتن المختصر المشتهر في فقه الحنفية، ولِـما يتمتّع به القُدُوريّ من علوّ سنَدٍ بالنسبة لوفاته.
وقد خرج هذا السِّفر في مقدّمة، وقسمِ دراسة عن المؤلف والكتاب، تلا ذلك النصُّ المحقق الذي اعتنى محقّقُه فيه بتخريج أحاديثه، ودراسة أسانيدها، والحكم عليها، وخُتم بجملة من الفهارس العلمية. كما ألحق المحقّق بهذا العمل دراسة نقدية لحديث أم كلثوم بنت عقبة رضي الله عنها: «ما سمعتُ رسول الله ﷺ يُرخِّص في شيء من الكذب إلا في ثلاثٍ»؛ قام فيها بتخريجه تخريجاً موسّعاً، وتكلّم على ما فيه من علل وأوجُه اختلاف واقعة فيه
