في عمله هذا يدرس الدكتور "مازن موفق صديق الخيرو" (ظاهرة الإلتفات) بوصفها ظاهرة بلاغية واضحة في القرآن الكريم وإعجازا قرآنيا، بالإعتماد على المنهج الإنتقائي، مستفيداً من المناهج النقدية والأدبية التي لا تتناقض ورسالة القرآن العظيم مع التركيز بشكل خاص على المنهج البلاغي والأسلوبي.
توزعت الدراسة بين تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة: التمهيد تضمن ثلاثة محاور أساسية كان المحور الأول الإلتفات في اللغة، وفي المحور الثاني إشكالية الإلتفات في المفهوم الإصطلاحي، وفي المحور الثالث تناول البحث وظائف الخطاب الإلتفاتي في القرآن الكريم. أما (الفصل الأول) المعنوان بـ "بلاغة الأنماط الأسلوبية للإلتفات الضمائري - التركيب والدلالة - " فقد اشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث: الأول: سياقات التحول للإلتفات الضمائري (الغيبة/ الخطاب) في حين تناول الثاني سياقات التحول (الغيبة/التكلم) وتناول الثالث سياقات (التكلم/ الخطاب) وأما (الفصل الثاني) المعنون بـ "بلاغة الأنماط الأسلوبية للإلتفات الفعلي - التركيب والدلالة" فقد تناول تحولات الإلتفات الفعلي فقي ثلاثة مباحث الأول سياقات (الماضي/المضارع)، والثاني لسياق (المضارع/ الأمر)، والثالث درس سياق (الماضي/ الأمر) . أما (الفصل الثالث) المعنون بـ "بلاغة الأنماط الأسلوبية للإلفات التعددي - التركيب والدلالة -" فقد درس تحولات الإلتفات العددي في ثلاثة مباحث: الأول تناول سياقات (الأفراد/ الجمع) في حين تناول الثاني سياقات (الأفراد/ التثنية) والثالث تناول سياقات (التثنية/ الجميع ...).
وأخيرا يمكن القول أن بإضفاء المؤلف المعنى البلاغي والجمالي على الخطاب القرآني، فقد أسهم في توصيل الغرض الديني الذي يعد من أهم مقاصد القرآن، بل هو الغاية الأساسية من منظومته البلاغية المعجزة.
