وفي الفصل الثاني تم إستعراض موضوع إدارة الصراع التنظيمي مفهومه وأنواعه ومراحله، وفي الفصل الثالث تم عرض نبذة مختصر في الإدارة في الإسلام - ومبادئها ومقوماتها؛ وتحدث الفصل الرابع عن التخطيط التعليمي مفهومه وخطواته وفي الفصل الخامس تم تحليل موضوع التخطيط التعليمي الإستراتيجي كرؤية معاصرة، ثم أخيراً وفي الفصل السادس تم إستعراض موضوع إدارة الأزمات التعليمية كأحد أبرز الموضوعات الإدارية في عالم اليوم.
