وإنطلاقاً من هذه الرؤية أقدّم المركز على تنظيم هذه المجموعة من الدراسات في موسوعة الفكر السياسيّ عند الإمام الخمينيّ لتكون محاولةً على الطريق تحقّق بعض الغايات التي يرمي إليها المركز في دراسته التجارب الإسلاميّة المعاصِرة، ليكشف عن مساهمة حضاريّة ما زالت حية تتطوّر وتتكامل بجهود الباحثين والقائمين على التجربة.
فصل الدين عن الدولة، والثابت والمتغيّر في فكر الإمام، وركائز الدولة الإسلاميّة، هي موضوعات خصّصنا لها هذا الجزء من الموسوعة وهي موضوعات قدّرنا أّنها تستحقّ المعالجة والإهتمام، وقد اخترنا لهذا الجزء عنوان: "فقه الإجتماع السياسيّ".
