هل تكفيك نصف حياة وجرح؟ ...لنلتقي اذاً على الورق . إن الكتابه فضاء اللقاءات المباحة ، طريق للخلاص من الالم، المكان الذي لا نحتاج فيه إلى موعد مسبق. كل صفحه جديده هي فضاء جديد. كل سطر لقاء اخر..أنا أيضًا لا أحلم بكِ؛ لذا أكتب إليكِ وأضع أحلامي معكِ بين هذه .رغم ان الرواية حزينة ومؤلمة لكنها كتبت بطريقة ممتعة تستحق كل الاحترام . اكثر ما احب في رواياته انها بسيطة ورومانسية ولا يوجد بها كمية الأحداث الدرامية التي اجدها في اغلب الروايات الخليجية وناهيك عن كلماته التي تأسر القلب.رواية اجتماعية عميقة وبسيطة في الوقت ذاته. قليلة الشخوص ولكن تحوي بجعبتها الكثير من القضايا المهمة وأهمها العنصرية. ما قرأته في هذه الرواية جعلني اتسائل اكثر ، هل حُبّ كحُبّ مطر ومها وصداقة كصداقة مطر وحسين لها مكان في عالمنا الواقعي ، ام مكانها المتعارف عليه دائماً في الروايات فقط؟- عودة إلى الوطن قد تشبه إحتضان مطول دافئ. وقد يشبه مواجهة حادة عقيمة وساكنة إن خَلت أراضي الوطن مِن مَن تحب. يصف الكتاب مها ـ شخصيةـ بأن لها أصابع ذكية. وأردف أنا : سلمت يد من نسجت " . فلنلتقي إذاً على الورق، إن الكتابة فضاء اللقاءات المباحة،طريق للخلاص من الألم، المكان الذي لا نحتاج فيه إلى موعد مسبق".
