ولأهمية هذه القضايا فقد قام بدراستها والبحث فيها ثلة من علماء الشريعة المشهود لهم في هذا الميدان كالدكتور محمد سليمان الأشقر، والدكتور محمد أبو رخية وغيرهم، وبعض هذه الأبحاث قد في مؤتمرات أو ندوات علمية وبعضها نشر في مجلات علمية.
