إذا تأمل الإنسان السيرة النبوية وجد فيها معيناً لا ينضب, ومورداً لا ينفد, وفي حياة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم منهجاً تربوياً فريداً ينبغي أن يتتبعه المسلمون شبراً بشبر وذراعاً بذراع. ومما تعلمناه من السيرة العطرة أن الخطأ غريزة وجبلة جعلها الله في قلوبنا ونفوسنا فمن لم يقع منه الخطأ فليس من البشر, ولا يمت إلى بني آدم بصلة. قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (كل بني آدم خطاء, وخير الخطائين التوابون) ومن هنا تترسخ قاعدة عظيمة في أذهان الدعاة خاصة, والمصلحين عامة أن الإنسان مجبول على الوقوع في الأخطاء, وفي القرآن الكريم مواقف عدة فيها يعاتب ربنا عز وجل نبيه على أساليب مارسها كان غيرها أولى منها, وفي هذا الكتاي يبين المؤلف ما هي هذه المواقف.
