إن من مزايا الفقه الإسلامي شموله وعدالته وإنصافه, وقد أحكمت نصوص أدلته وقواعده الشرعية مسار التعامل في أسواق المسلمين وأسرهم وسائر نواحي حياتهم, فرسمت سبل التعامل العادل السليم من ظلم الظالمين, وتحيل الجشعين, وأنصفت الضعفاء والمغبونين, وأبطلت التصرفات الخارجة عن جادة الحق الموغلة في التعسف والظلم. وهذا البحث يلقي الضوء على أسواق المزاد لشهرة التعامل فيها, ومسيس حاجة الناس إليها سيما وقد ظهر جهل كثير بالأحكام الفقهية بين المتعاملين في هذه الأسواق مما جعلهم يقعون في أخطاء كبيرة وتنتشر بينهم منكرات كثيرة حتى أن بعض المتعاملين في هذه الأسواق أصبح يرى أن هذه المخالفات من ضروريات العمل في سوق المزاد, وقد تناول البحث المواضيع التالية: تعريف بيع المزاد ومشروعيته وأقسامه ومقوماته, شروط بيع المزاد وأقسامه, أحكام الدلال في هذا البيع, أشهر المخالفات الشرعية في أسواق المزاد وأثرها على العقد وسبيل القضاء عليها. كما تم عرض مسائل البحث الفقهية مقارنة بين المذاهب الأربعة المشهورة, معتمداً في نسبة كل مذهب الى مراجعه الأساسية.
