فمشروعية الإحتفال حق شرعي للبشر بكل ذكرى جميلة أو غير جميلة يتذكروا فيه فرحتهم أو مأساتهم ليأخذوا منها العبر، فمن حق الأفراد الفرحة بمولد ابنهم أو بذكرى زواجهم أو وفاة عزيز عليهم، ومن حق الدول الإحتفال بيوم نصرهم على عدوهم أو تأسيس دولتهم وتحررها من الإستعمار أو لوحدة أوطانهم أو مآسي مرت عليهم، أليس من حق ألامه الإسلامية الإحتفال بمولد هادي الأمة ومبلغ رسالة الإسلام؟ إذا كان من حق الأمم القيام لعلم الدولة والسلام الوطني تعبيراً عن رضاهم لهذا الوطن ووحدته أليس من حق الأمة الوقوف إحترام ومحبة وإجلال لهادي البشرية ليعبروا عن فرحتهم؟...
