لذا، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز الحقوق والحريات العامة للأفراد في المملكة العربية السعودية كما نص عليها النظام الأساسي للحكم في المملكة. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الرد على الشبهات التي تُثار حول حقوق الأفراد وحرياتهم في المملكة، وذلك من خلال بيان مدى ارتباط الحقوق والحريات العامة التي نصت عليها الأنظمة المختلفة في المملكة؛ والحقوق والحريات العامة في الإسلام.
