ضمن مجموعة من المقالات الدينية، التي أتيحت لي الفرصة في كتابتها في جريدتي اليوم السعودية والوسط البحرينية، بين عامي (2004- 2012م)، كنت اتصيّد مرور المناسبات الدينية، وأحاول الكتابة حولها.
لقد كنت أنظر إلى تلك المناسبات بإعتبارها وقوداً دينيّاً، من شأنه أن يضيء شتى جوانب حياة الإنسان، بدءاً من حياته الشخصية، مروراً بعلاقته الأسرية والعائلية، ليشمل شؤونه الإجتماعية والسياسية والإقتصادية وغيرها.
إن الشخصيات المتعددة التي يعيشها الواحد منا تؤكد إنفصاماً يكاد يكون حقيقياً فينا، فشخصية أحدنا في المسجد تكاد تغاير شخصيته في السوق والتجارة والعمل، وكأنها شخصيات لا ربط بينهما، ولا أثر لإحداها على الأخرى.
هذا التعدد في الشخصية يمكن أن نجره إلى شخصية الحاج في الحج لنجدها في الأعم الأغلب متباينة عن شخصيته بعد عودته منه.
