أنطوان الدويهي () روائي لبناني، وأستاذ علم اجتماع الآداب والفنون في الجامعة اللبنانية. اشتهر برواية حامل الوردة الأرجوانية. هاجر إلى باريس في منتصف التسعينات ثم عاد إلى لبنان في مطلع القرن من أعماله ديوان أشعار “كتابُ الحالة” (1993) ”رتبة الغياب” (2000)، و”الخلوة الملكيّة” (2001)، حديقة الفجر، 1999 عبور الركام، 2003 حامل الوردة الأرجوانية، 2013 غريقة بحيرة موريه، (الدار العربية للعلوم ناشرون - دار المراد 2014).

هذا هو الكتاب الأول من سلسلة جديدة، أخذت اسم "وقالت الحكمة" لأنها تضم مجموعة كبيرة من الحكم والعبر والأمثال. وضعت في مطلع الألفية الثالثة، لتكون في متناول جميع الناس، يستقون منها ما يغذي فكرهم ونفسهم وروحهم. هي مفيدة للكاهن في عظاته وأعماله الرسولية، وللراهب والراهبة والشماس في سهراتهم الإنجيلية وفي أحاديثهم الروحية، وللمؤمن لأجل بناء حياة على أسس مسيحية راسخة.
يحوي هذا الكتاب "يشبه ملكوت السماوات" مجموعة من القصص الصغيرة والخواطر الطريفة والحكم البليغة التي تتكلم على الملكوت والحياة الأبدية والدينونة. لم يدون ليقرأ دفعة واحدة، فعبرة واحدة تكفي في اليوم.
