ومن الموضوعات التي يتم ذكر اجتهادات المحاكم فيها هنا نذكر: إضافة شهرة -تصحيح اسم عائلة، حصر إرث، تصحيح تاريخ ولادة، فسخ زواج، إعادة إلى الحياة الزوجية، نفقة وطاعة، أهلية ووصاية، وفاة وحصر إرث، تنازل عن إرث، قيد أولاد، هجراً ومساكنه ونفقته، وإثبات هوية الموصي، تبديل إقامة-صلاحية.
