اختار سبحانه الفاتحة أُمّاً لكتابه، آياتها سبع، وترتيبها الأولى، وعدد كلماتها تسع وعشرون كلمة، ويظهر فيها واحد وعشرون حرفاً من حروف اللغة ولا يتواجد فيها سبعة حروف هي [الفاء والجيم والشين والثاء والظاء والخاء والزاي] كذلك فإن عدد السور التي تُفتتح بالحروف المقطّعة [النورانية] هي أيضاً تسع وعشرون سورة مفتتحة بأربعة عشر حرفاً هي بحذف المكرر [الألف واللام والميم والصاد والراء والكاف والهاء والياء والعين والطاء والسين والحاء والقاف والنون]، مع الإشارة أنها في القرآن بدون لفظ الهمزة وقد وردت جميع هذه الحروف في فاتحة الكتاب بالإضافة إلى [الباء والدال والواو والتاء والذال والضاد والعين]، فللسبعة سرها، حيث أن الواحد والعشرين من مضاعفات السبعة وللتسعة والعشرين سرها.
ومن أسرار العدد تسعة وعشرين أن تسعاً وعشرين سورة من سور القرآن الكريم تتكون أسماؤها من الحروف النورانية فقط.
