"حدثيني عن قميصٍ أصفرا / يستحي / عمّا بهِ / أن يُخبرا / أي شيءٍ فيه؟ ... / حتى صار بني / كل شيءٍ / يتشهى / النظرا / أهو نُطقٌ؟ ... / سَحْرُهُ فيما حوى / من بواحٍ / قد أثار / البصرا / أم هو الإغراء؟ ... / يدري / صامتاً / أنّ بالصمت / شقائي أستترا ..." . بهذا النغم الجميل وبالإرتكاز على تقنية الحوار بين شخصين هما في الغال "رجلُ وزوجته" أو "عاشقٍ ومحبوبته" يأتي ديوان الشاعر اللبناني مفيد عبد الصمد الموسوم بـ (القميص الأصفر) ليفتح الباب أمام فرحاً متوارياً بين الحنايا، وذكريات جميلة، تشكل نوعاً من الإياب نحو عالم شعري أخّاذ ورومانسي أراده الشاعر تجسيداً للعلاقة الأزلية بين الرجل والمرأة، نثره بين أيدينا دون مواربة أو تدليس، فمارس سحره علينا، لا بل تمكن من الدخول إلى أعماق ذواتنا بغواية الشعر.
يضم الديوان ثلاثون قصيدة في الشعر العربي الحديث جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "القميص الأصفر" ، "رلى" ، "فيروز" ، "صومعتي" ، "هُنَّ" ، "يا عمري" ، "حكاية منديل" ، "البطاقة المسافرة" ، "إنتحار" (...) وقصائد أخرى.
