Book Description
(منهج الصالحين) هي رسالة عملية مكونة من خمس أجزاء تمثل موسوعة فقهية على مستوى الفتاوى العملية للمرجع الديني والفيلسوف الإسلامي "محمد باقر بن السيد حيدر الصدر" (1935- 1980) مؤسس حزب الدعوة الإسلامية بالعراق سابقاً.
يعد كتاب منهج الصالحين للإمام الصدر فقه استدلالي موسع يحوي معظم المسائل الشرعية في العبادات والمعاملات ولأهميته معله نجله "مقتدى الصدر" بمثابة أجوبة شاملة لكل ما يلزم المسلم في أمور حياته الدينوية من فتاوى قالها سماحة الإمام الصدر في حياته في مسائل مختلفة، حيث تضمن (الجزء الأول) (1402 مسألة) وقد احتوى على كتاب الإجتهاد والتقليد، والطهارة، والصلاة، وختم في بعض الصلوات المستحبة. أما (الجزء الثاني) فيضم (1143 مسألة) وقد احتوى على كتاب الصوم، الاعتكاف، الزكاة، الخمس، الحج، كتاب الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، الجهاد، ثم (الجزء الثالث) ويضم (1295 مسألة) وقد احتوى على كتاب التجارة، والشفعة، والإجازة، والمزارعة، والمساقاة، والجعالة، وكذلك (الجزء الرابع) فقد احتوى على (1255 مسألة) واشتمل على كتاب النكاح وتوابعه، الطلاق وتوابعه، العتق وتوابعه، اللفظة- بمعنى اللقيط، وكتاب الغضب، وإحياء الموات، والمشتركات، والنذر وتوابعه، والكفارات، ثم كتاب الصيد والذباحة، والأطعمة والأشربة، وختم بكتاب الميراث. ويأتي (الجزء الخامس) والأخير مشتملاً على (1289 مسألة) وقد احتوى على كتاب القضاء، الشهادات، الحدود والتعزيزات، كتاب القصاص، الديات، وختم بكفارة القتل.
هذا، وقد تضمن كل جزء من الأجزاء الخمسة الآنفة الذكر ملحقات في (موضوعات حديثة) بهدف تلمَس الحكم فيه بالمقدار المناسب مع الكتب الفقهية لنهج الصالحين عند الإمام الصدر وهذا ما يحتاجه كل مسلم، ومن هنا تأتي أهمية هذه الموسوعة العملية...
