كما أن توثيق التصرفات الإلكترونية يُسبغ عليها قوة قانونية وحجية في الإثبات تساوي الحجية القانونية للتصرفات التقليدية، كالتوقيع التقليدي مقارنة بالتوقيع الإلكتروني مثلاً.
