قُسِّمَ هذا الكتاب إلى أربعة مباحث؛ المبحث الأول: بسّط أدلة التيسير من المنقول والمعقول، واستقصيت تجلياته في التشريع الإسلامي، مع بيان الدواعي الموجبة له، وهذا كله يشهد لمشروعية التيسير، وضرورة الاحتماء به في مسالك الدرس الفقهي، استيفاء لمقاصد الإسلام، وتمكيناً لدين الله بسماحة ورفق.
المبحث الثاني: استجلى أصول الفقه الميسر وضوابطه، لتكون نصب عين الفقهاء فيما يصيرون إليه من اجتهادات وآراء، وينشئون من فتاوى وأحكام، وهي فضلاً عن أثرها المحقق في التيسير الفقهي، ذات يد صالحة وآثار حسنة في تسديد النظر وصونه عن المزالق الاجتهادية.
المبحث الثالث: حذر من مغبة ولوج مسالك مذمومة في التيسير الفقهي، كانتهاك قواطع النصوص، وتتبع المخارج الممنوعة، وتلفيق الأدلة، والاحتجاج بمجرد الخلاف على الإباحة، والعمل بالضعيف في الأحكام وفضائل الأعمال، مما يؤول في نهاية المطاف إلى انسلاخ تام عن الثوابت، وعبث صارخ لا يمت إلى التيسير بأوهى الصلات.
المبحث الرابع: رصد آثار التيسير الفقهي وعوائده في المضمار الشرعي عموماً، والدرس الفقهي على وجه مخصوص، وهي تؤول جميعها إلى رعي مقاصد الدين في حمل المكلف على الطاعة اختياراً واقتناعاً، وتجميل صورة الدين، ليصبح كنفاً موطأ لقوافل المهتدين بإطراد.
