كانت هذه الأوراق في البدء بصيغة السؤال والجواب، وقد تعدد الرأي - من بعض الأخوة - في خروجها كذلك من عدمه، فحسمت الأمر بكتاب الله سبحانه وتعالى، وكان بالصيغة الآتية.
وفي هذا المقام لا يسعني إلاّ أن أشكر كل من كانت له يدُ في خروج هذه الصفحات إلى النور، وأخصّ منهم: سماحة الشيخ حبيب الكاظمي، الذي كان سبباً في تكليفي، فكان برنامج (أمير الكلام)، والأستاذ أمير عبد النبي الذي كان مُديراً لهذه اللقاءات الحوارية في هذا البرنامج، والأخوين الكريمين: الشيخ باقر حسن الحواج، والشيخ غازي عبد الحسن السمّاك اللذين راجعا هذه الأوراق.
وقد أسميتها بــ (القرص الممنوع) تيمّناً بما ذكره أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام لعثمان بن حنيف في آخر هذه الرسالة: (وَلْتكْفُفْ أَقْرَاصُكَ ليَكُونَ مِنْ النَّارِ خَلاَصُكَ).
