لا شك أن عنواناً مثل (كِلْمَتِي) التي تصدرت غلاف مجموعة الشاعر السيد حسن طلال هاشم تحمل كثيراً من المعاني، والدلالات التي حملتها نصوصه الشعرية، بعناصرها وصياغاتها، لتؤدي الدلالة الوظيفية الكلية الكبرى، الدلالة المعبرة عن الوجود، والإيمان بالله، ومثله الإيمان بالوطن اللذان يمنحان الحياة سرّ وجودها. وهذا ما تؤكده تفاصيل الملفوظات الشعرية المتناثرة عبر هذا المنجز الشعري الذي تنصهر عبره كل عواطف الشاعر، وأفكاره، وتتفجر لتعبّر عن صدقٍ نادر وعن حبّ طاغ للوطن وأهله.
تحت عنوان "وطن المقاومة" يقول الشاعر:
" لبنان يا وطن المقاومة التي / فخراً على تُربان طُهْركَ تسجدُ ، قهرتْ عداكَ ومن شبا لكَ حدّة / وعلى الثغورِ غُزاك إذ تتوعّدُ ، كيف الرقادُ وذا العدوُ مؤرّقٌ / يتحينُ الفرص التي يترصّدً ، قنصاً بختل الغدر أحكم شركه / كي يستبيح المجد فيك فيسعدُ (...)".
وبهذا المعنى تبدو الكتابة مواقفاً عايشها الشاعر هاشم وكتبها شعراً كما يمليه عليه ضميره الأدبي والوطني أيضاً . لذلك فالقصائد كُتبت بروح الشاعر قبل خياله ليكون هو وأبناء الوطن على الصراط المستقيم والروح العالية والعطاء الدائم كما كان خاصته من أهل بيت النبي عليهم السلام الذين يحضرون في النص في أكثر من قصيدة.
يقول الشاعر في قصيدة "الثقلان":
حديثٌ له نبعٌ يسيل معينه / بماء يقينٍ قد ترقرق جريهُ ، جرى من فم المصدوق جري جداولٍ / لينجي من الجهل النفوس سبيله ، ألا يا بني الإسلام إني تاركٌ / لكمُ مجناً لا يذل خصينَهُ ، فما إذ تمسكتم مدىً بهما فلن / تضلوا عن الدين الحنيف وتُجبهوا (...)".
يضم الكتاب ستة وثلاثين قصيدة في الشعر العربي الموزون والمقفى جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "الواحد الأحد" ، "الآية الكبرى" ، "علمُ الله" ، "القرآن" ،"سيد المرسلين" ، "سيد الوصيين" (...) وقصائد أخرى.
