حين يُصوَّرُ تطبيقياً ديوان (الخوف ضمير المتكلم)، الذي جُنِّس بـ"نصوص نثرية"، يتَّضح أنّ فيه فاعليات بنيوية مهيمنة خمساً: شعرية ـ أسلوبية ـ إيقاعية ـ دلالية ـ لسانية. يُستشف من هذا الاتضاح، المتأتّي عبْر "اشتغال إجرائي"، أن هذه الفاعليات في هذا الديوان: جِدُّ "متداخلة" غير "متخارجة". واستشفاف كهذا، يخصّ "فاعلياته"، حتماً يُحسبُ ـ مبدئياً ثم تفصيلياً ـ للديوان كله. فهو، على وفق هذا الحساب، ذو اتّسام أساسي، رئيسي، مفاده، إجمالاً، أنه ذو "بنية علائقية" كونه ذا "وحدة موضوعية". وهذا المفاد، الإجمالي، سوف يقود، بدوره، لما يأتي عن الشاعر "إياد أحمد هاشم": مؤكَّد أنه في ديوانه الماضي (يا حدود الغريب)، ذي النصوص "الوزنية"، قد كسب رهاناً واحداً ـ فقط ـ هو (رهان "قصيدة الشعر").. لكنّه في ديوانه الحاضر، أي (الخوف ضمير المتكلم)، يكسب رهانين اثنين ـ معاً ـ هما (رهانا "الشعر" و"النثر").
