منذ أن قرر أنه ســ "يمسك" بتلك الرائحة، لم يفكر أن يتوقف ولو لمرة واحدة عن الركض.
كان قد اتخذ قراره الشبيه بقرار "فورست غامب" بعد أن شاهد تلك الرائحة يضوع شذاها من صدر أنثى مكتنزة، إلا أنه كان يرفض المقارنة مع "فورست غامب": "فورست غامب" ركض لأكثر من ثلاث سنوات دون أن يمسك حتى بتلابيب روحه، أما أنا فلدي ما سأمسك به، "هكذا يمنّي نفسه".
في خطوته الأولى: لمح بطناً متكوراً لإمرأة، وفي داخله شيء ما، يشبه قصة حزينة لم تبدأ بعد، وفي خطوته الثانية كان قد تعلق بمنظر طفلة ترقب فراشة لن تحط أبداً.
خطواته الأخرى قدمت له ثلاثينية تركت عينيها في مواجهة شهوانية كونية، فيما يدها تعبث "مسبحة" تستغفر في كل حبة منها، من ذنب كل ذي لب صريع عند حور مقلتيها.
ثلاثينية أخرى تركت العنان لوفرة لحمها أن تتبدى من خلف حجاب، ولا ذئاب؛ خطوات الباقية لم تتعثر عند إبتسامة شبقة لإمرأة، ولا لمشهد إغراء تترس بدعاوى الرشاقة، ولا لعينين زائغتين أنهكتهما أنفاس محمومة، ولا لطيف محتشم في زمن عار، ولا لفضيلة تنتظر من يحرسها من دنس الأفكار والأماني...
كان متيقناً من أنه ســ "يمسك" بتلك الرائحة؛ لكنه لم يكن يعرف أن حاسة اللمس لديه قد أتلفتها برودة الإحساس.
