لذلك يتوجه هذا الكتاب للقارىء الغير متخصص لعله يجد فيه ما يفيد به نفسه وأبناءه ويساعدهم على تعلم أساسيات الإدارة المالية الشخصية بما ينفع حاضرهم ومستقبلهم، كما أنه للشباب الطامحين إلى بناء قدراتهم المالية الشخصية ويمكنهم من بلوغ أهدافهم المستقبلية.
