إن القرآن الكريم هو معجزة الإسلام الخالدة على مر الدهور والأزمان, لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه, تنزيل من حكيم حميد, لا يعتريه التبديل أو التغيير لأن الله تعالى عندما أنزله على رسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم تكفل بصونه وحفظه فقال: (إنا نحن نزلنا الذكر وإنا له لحافظون). وقد لقي القرآن الكريم من العناية والرعاية ما لم يلقه كتاب غيره على وجه الأرض, فألف فيه المؤلفون, وبحث فيه الباحثون, وعلى الرغم من كثرة التأليف والبحث فإن القرآن الكريم كل يوم يكشف عن سر مخفي من أسراره, وكنز من كنوزه التي لا تبلى فيدل ذلك على أنه كتاب حق لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه. وهذا الكتاب هو إعراب لجزء عم إعراباً مفصلاً كلمة كلمة وحرفاً حرفاً, ليكون مساعداً لطلاب العلم على مقاعد الدراسة, كما تم جمع الأمور الصرفية والبلاغية مع الإعراب.
محمد يوسف أيوب: من مواليد 1949م الرستن- سوريا. تخرج من جامعة دمشق 1973, كلية الآداب- قسم اللغة العربية. دبلوم دراسات إسلامية عالية من معهد الدراسات الإسلامية العالية بالقاهرة. أهم كتبه: ديوان السبع السيارة النيرات لابن حجر العسقلاني شرح ودراسة وتحقيق, التبيان في آداب حملة القرآن للنووي تحقيق, جزء عم تفسير وإعراب, وغيرها.
