هل سبب الانقسامات الدورية التي عرفها الاتحاد المتدخلات الخارجية أم المشكلات الداخلية، وبالتالي هل المطلوب مزيد من الاستقلالية أم مزيد من الديمقراطية؟
هل يطور الاتحاد في أسلوب تحركاته الضاغطة محولاً إياها من مجرد إعلام لموقف رافض، إلى خطة منظمة لتحقيق المطالب؟
هل يضع الاتحاد برنامجاً تدريبياً هادفاً لتأهيل قيادته و قاعدته أم يستمر في اعتبار التدريب النقابي وسيلة للتمويل فحسب؟
مقاربة موضوعات الكتاب بصيغة الأسئلة والخيارات، مسألة لها مبرراتها. فالسؤال يدعو إلى التفكير ويحث على الحوار، والخيارات تدل على الواقع وتعرض لبعض البدائل. المقاربة إذاً بكليتها دعوة للتفكير والحوار على ضوء تحليل للواقع وللخيارات البديلة منه.
