"لا تقرأوا قصائدي" الديوان الشعري الأول للشاعر "مصعب بن سلطان السحيباني" يضم (46) قصيدة في الشعر العربي الموزون والمقفى، يشكل بمجموعه إضافة شعرية فلسفية، أراد الشاعر من خلالها أن يشير إلى علاقة التلازم بين الذات، وبين معان عصية على التفسير، الوجود، الموت، الروح، الأمر الذي يجعل القارئ يغوص عميقاً لاستجلاء معاني الشعر ورموزه وطقوسه.
يقول الشاعر السحيباني عن هذا العمل ".. هي قصائد وكلمات وحروف جعلتها متنفساً لي من كل شيء خرجت ثائرة صادقة... لتترجم حياة مليئة بالمفاجئات وتواس قلوباً مستها الوجد والشجن... فهي أنا وأنا هي... فكلانا في ديوان الأول".
من أبجديات الشجون نقرأ للشاعر قصيدة بعنوان (قتال الأيام) يقول فيها: يشيبني دهري وما زال أمردا/ ويرمي بآجال فيلقى التجلَدا، يساومني في ما يريد فيرعوي/ عنيداً أتى بعد الجهالة اعندا، وحين كرام القوم ولَوا جميعهم/ وخلفَت وحدي للمصائب والردى(...)".
عناوين الكتاب: 1- تقريظ ديواني، 2- أبجديات الشجون، 3- ليالي التوباد، 4- نبض بلا قافية، 5- وأكبادنا تحترق، 6- صوت بلا صدى.
