تلعب العوامل التالية دوراً كبيراً في نمو وتطور الطفل وهذه العوامل الوراثة، البيئة، الغدد، الغذاء، وتكون محصلتها فروقاً فردية بين الطلاب فمنهم الطالب الموهوب والطالب المتوسط والطالب بطئ التعلم لذلك فعلى المدرسين عبء كبير في تيسير العملية التعليمية التعلمية داخل الفصل بأن يجتهدوا في أساليبهم التدريسية حسب إختلاف مستويات الطلاب: الأسلوب الأول يتحدى الطالب الموهوب كي يساعده على التفاعل الصفي دون ملل، والأسلوب الثاني يثير حماسة الطالب المتوسط كي يرفعه إلى مستوى الذكي، والأسلوب الثالث يتماشى مع قدرات الطالب بطئ التعلم كي يرفعه إلى مستوى المتوسط؛ والذي يساعد في إثارة حماس المعلمين وإندفاعهم إدارة تربوية ناجمة لا هي بالإستبدادية ولا الأوتوقراطية بل ديمقراطية تشاورية يشترك فيها جسم المؤسسة التربوية من مديرين ومدرسين وأولياء أمور وطلاب، كي تكون عملية صنع القرار شاملةً للعوامل التي تشترك في العملية التعليمية التربوية.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك فعلى المربين ليس فقط في المراحل الأساسية والثانوية بل في مرحلة الروضة عبء ثقيل في تحمل مسؤولية هذه البراعم كي تنفتح وينتشر أريجها في أرجاء مجتمعها، لأن المجتمع طفل وإذا حسنا تنشئة وتربية الطفل فقد أوجدنا مجتمعاً مثالياً في أبنائه فالمجتمع يكبر ويتقدم بسواعد أبنائه وليس بالسيارات والعمارات.
