يضع المؤلف بين يدي القارىء بحث بعنوان: "الكفاءة الداخلية لمراكز التدريب المهني بسلطنة عُمان، دراسة تقويمية"، وذلك بمحاولة الإجابة عن السؤال التالي وهو: كيف يمكن الإرتقاء بمستوى الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية والنوعية لمركز التدريب المهني بسلطنة عُمان بما يسهم في تحقيق أهدافها بفعالية؟، وللإجابة على هذا السؤال تم السعي للتعرف على الأسس النظرية والدراسات السابقة للكفاءة الداخلية في منظومة التدريب المهني، وكذلك دراسة واقع العملية التدريبية بمراكز التديب المهني بسلطنة عُمان والعوامل المؤثرة فيها ومدى الكفاءة الداخلية الكمية والنوعية لمراكز التدريب المهني بسلطنة عُمان بما يمكن أ، يسهم في تحقيق أهدافها بكفاءة، وقد احتوى الكتاب على أربعة فصول، تمثل الفصل الأول في الإطار العام للبحث والدراسات السابقة، وجاء الفصل الثاني لعرض واقع مراكز التدريب المهني بسلطنة عُمان، بينما جاء الفصل الثالث لعرض إجراءات وتحليل ونتائج الجانب الميداني للبحث، واختتم البحث بالفصل الرابع وهو عبارة عن تصور مقترح لتطوير مراكز التدريب المهني بسلطنة عُمان والإرتقاء بكفاءتها الداخلية.
