تحت عنوان (صلاتان) يقول الشاعر: "أمي، بينما أنت تصلين الصلاة الرابعة لهذا اليوم/ صلَ لي../ لأكف عن هوس بامرأةٍ تخلعني/ وتنقلني بين حدائقها/ وكي أنجو من حبي لخلسة شرب العرق/ في مقبرة مخيم اللاجئين...".
تتضمن المجموعة عدداً من النصوص الشعرية نذكر من عناوينها: أبكي لوقت قصير، أكاليل نار، يرتد إليه قلبه، ولدت في بستان، من قبعة الحاوي، مثلما، الرقص، تفاحة علقت بالغصن ولت تسقط، جنة خاوية...إلخ.
