هذا، وقد توزعت محتويات الكتاب على ثلاثة فصول يسبقها نبذة عن حياة السيد المرتضى وطريقته العلمية ومنهجيته العلمية والتفسيرية، يتبع ذلك تفسير لآيات القرآن الكريم فيما خص الآيات المتشابهة، والمسائل المتعلقة بتفسيرها.
