تهدف هذه السلسلة من القصص - "التربية النفسية"، إلى ثلاث نقاطٍ أساسيَّةٍ هي:
1-توعية الطفل نفسيّاً وإجتماعيّاً من خلال القصة، بمساعدة الأهل او المربي في الصَّفّ، أوْ حتّى المُرْشِدِ الإجتماعيّ والمُرْشِدِ النَّفْسِيِّ في المدارس والمؤسسات التي تُعنى بشؤون الطفل.
2-مُساعدةُ المجتمع العربي للتربية الصالحة والتوعية حول بعض الأفكار التي يمكنُ أن يعلمها الأهلُ بطريقةٍ خاطئةٍ لأطفالهم.
3-تشجيعُ الطفل العربي على القراءة القصص العربيَّة أو استماع سرد القصص من أهله أو معلميه في المدرسة، وفي خلال القراءة، يمكنُ للطفل أن يتعلَّم كلماتٍ ومرادفاتٍ جديدةً.
أين وكيف نستعملُ هذا الكتاب؟...
في البيت: يمكنُ للأب أو الأم أن يقوما بقراءةِ هذه السلسلة في غرفة الجلوس مع طفلهما أو في غرفة نوم الطفل، كقصَّةِ ما قبل النوم.
في المدرسة: يستعملُ المربي الكتاب هذا بشكلٍ جماعيِّ، إذ يحملُ كل تلميذٍ قصَّتَهُ ويقرأ لهم المُربي النّصَّ ويساعدونه طبعاً في القراءة، من المستحسن أن تكونض الحصَّةُ في مكتبة المدرسة، إذ يجلسُ التلامذةُ دائرياً ويستمعون إلى تفسيرات المُربّي.
في عيادة الإرشاد النفسي / الإجتماعي: عبر لعبةٍ، يستعملُ الإختصاصيُّ النفسانيُّ أو المُرْشِدُ الإجتماعيُّ هذا الكتاب مفسراً للطفلِ كُلَّ كلمةٍ وكُلَّ صورةٍ.
