شاعر سوري ولد في كفرية اللاذقية - سورية بتاريخ 2/4/1956 و يقيم في تونس منذ 1982 تاريخ قدومه من بيروت مع منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية.
صدر له في بيروت و تونس و دمشق 20 مجموعة شعرية و 6كتب في الفكر السياسي و8 كتب في النقد الثقافي وكتب أخرى.
وصدر المجلد الأول من أعماله الشعرية عن دار صامد للنشر في صفاقس /تونس 2006، مرفقا بمجلد "الحوارات" الذي تضمّن معظم الحوارات التي أجريت معه حتى تلك الفترة.
وصدرت حول تجربته الشعرية عدّة كتب نقدية في تونس لنقاد وشعراء من تونس والعراق وسوريا ، منها : *هادي دانيال حمامة رصيف العالم - للشاعر التونسي وليد الزريبي- سلسلة تكلم حتى أراك-تونس2008.
*مرافئ أوليس اللاذقي : قراءة في الأعمال الشعرية لهادي دانيال -للناقد التونسي نور الدين الخبثاني -دار نقوش عربية 2009.
*أحلام المسافر : قراءة في عالم هادي دانيال الشعري - للروائي والناقد التونسي الدكتور مصطفى الكيلاني -دار بيرم للنشر والتوزيع- تونس2014.
*مرآة لحياة وشعر هادي دانيال -للرسام والناقد العراقي حمدي مخلف الحديثي-دار بيرم للنشر والتوزيع-تونس2015.
