Book Description
كثرت الشروح وتعدّدت التعليقات والحواشي على رسالة الإمام ابن أبي زيد القيرواني في الفقه المالكي، وما كثرة الشروح إلا دلالة على أهمية هذه الرسالة ومكانتها بين كتب المذهب، بحيث جاءت مختصرة جامعة فاحتيج إلى الإسهاب بها وشرح فعلقها وحلها.
ومن أهم هذه الشروح نذكر: شرح الشيخ الإمام عمر بن سالم اللحمي الإسكندري الشهير بابن الفاكهاني المتوفى سنة 731هـ، وشرح أبو بكر عبد الله بن طلحة بن محمد عبد الله البابدي الأندلسي المالكي المتوفى سنة 523هـ، ومنها هذا الشرح الذي بين أيدينا، وهو شرح العلامة أبي الحسن علي بن ناصر الدين بن محمد بن خلف بن جبريل المتوفي المصري الشاذلي المتوفى سنة 939هـ، وسمي شرحه "كفاية الطالب الرباني لرسالة ابن أبي زيد القيرواني".
وقد ذكر الشارح في المقدمة أنه لخّص هذا الشرح شرحه الوسيط والكبير على الرسالة، واجتنب فيه التطويل المجمل والاختصار المخلّ، وقد اقتصر فيه على حلّ ألفاظ الرسالة وذكر ما يحتاج إليه في القيود والتنبيه على ما فيها من غير المشهور. أما حاشية العدوي على شرح أبي الحسن، فهي كما قال الشيخ علي الصعيدي العدوي في مقدمة حاشيته: عبارة عن تقاييد أردت أن أجمعها لنفسي ومن هو قاصر مثلي.
ولكن هذه التقاليد جاءت أكثر مما ذكر، فكانت هذه الحاشية الوافية الكافية التي بين فيها كل ما يحتاجه الطالب ويبحث عنه المتعمق، فجاءت عميقة بما فيها من شروح وتعليقات ونكت لطيفة لا يتوصل إليها إلا ذو العقول النيرة والأذهان الصافية.
