يضم الكتاب إحدى عشرة قصيدة للأطفال جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية:" عصفور وعصفورة" ، "النمل" ، "كبكوب صوف أحمر" ، "أنا بذرة صغيرة" ، "صديقتي عبير" ، "مرآتي العجيبة" ، "يوم عيد ميلادي" ، "لا يا نورة" ، "أستاذ فصيح" ، "أبي أوشك علىى الوصول" ، "أختي إنعام".
"صَديقَتي عَبير، فُسْتانُها مِنْ حَرير، شَعْرُها أسْوَد قَصير، وَحُبُّها لِلْموسيقى كَبير".
