هذه رسالة من رسائل شعب الإيمان, كتبت في النكاح, الى كل الشباب والشابات, والرجال والنساء, مبيناً أحكامه بأسلوب مبسط, فالزوجية نظام مطرد في سائر الأشياء, من إنسان وحيوان ونبات وشيء, فطرة الله التي فطر خلقه عليها, كما قال تعالى: (من كل شيء خلقنا زوجين لعلكم تذكرون), فلا تبديل لخلق الله, ولا عجب إذا قلنا: إن النكاح هو السبيل الوحيد المشروع لقضاء الشهوة الفطرية التي خلقها الله عز وجل في الجنسين, وعمارة الأرض بالذرية. والنكاح وإن كان من الأمور التي تعتريها الأحكام الخمسة, إلا أنه بعمومه سنة من سنن المرسلين, وشعبة من شعب الإيمان, فلم يخل رسول من الزواج, وذلك لتطبيق السنة, وبين جل وعلا العلة التي لأجلها شرع الزواج, وهي سكن النفس, واستقرارها به, وترابط الزوجين واتحادهما بملاط المودة والرحمة. والى هذا رمى الإسلام وهدف من خلال شرعة النكاح.
