يشرح هذا الكتاب (احكام الخمس الميسرة) طبقاً لفتاوى العلمين السيد "أبو القاسم الخوئي" و"السيد علي السيساني".
ينبني وجوب الخمس على آية قرآنية في قوله تعالى: "واعلموا أنما غنتم من شيء فأن لله خمسة وللرسول ولذي القربى واليتامى والمساكين وابن السبيل إن كنتم آمنتم بالله وما أنزلنا على عبد نايوم الفرقان". وحيث اعتبرها الكتاب آية محكمة واضحة لاغبار في الاستدلال بها على وجوب الخمس.
وفي هذا السياق يأتي الكتاب على تفسير معنى الغنيمة لغة، ويتطرق إلى محور الخلاف الوارد في لفظه "الغنيمة" في تحديد موارد الخمس، فما هو المدلول اللغوي لهذه اللفظة؟ وما هو المعنى الذي يعطيه النص القرآني لها؟ وما هو مفهومها الشرعي؟ كل هذه الاسئلة وأسئلة أخرى يجيب عنها الكتاب عبر ثماني عناوين: "الخمس في الشريعة"، "النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) أولى المؤمنين من أنفسهم"، "علي وبنوه عليهم السلام أولى المؤمنين من أنفسهم"، "وجوب الخمس"، "معنى الغنيمة لغة وشرعاً"، "الخمس وروايات أهل البيت عليهم السلام"، "عقاب المتخلف عن الخمس"، "الخمس والبلوغ" إضافة إلى (ملحق رقم 9) ويضم "أحكام البنوك والتعامل معها"، و(ملحق:رقم 2) في بيان الفرق بين الخمس والزكاة".
