Book Description
لما كان لكل علم مبانيه، وهي القواعد التي تنشأ عليها أسسه، كان البحث في مباني المعارف النسبية، علم سعى إليه المسلمون كجزء من تاريخهم لأن الله اصطفاهم بعلمه ومعرفته وأخرجهم من الظلمات إلى النور.
وفي هذا الكتاب يجمع حسين أبو سعيدة جميع مباني هذا العلم (المعارف النسبية) ثم يتعرض لشرحها، والرد على ملابساتها، ومالها، وعليها من إشكاليات على نهج القدماء.
وفي الكتاب يتخذ الكاتب من حديث رسول الله (ص): ".. أن الله اصطفى كنانة من ولد إسماعيل، واصطفى من كنانة قريشاً، واصطفى من قريش بني هاشم، واصطفى من بني هاشم للدلالة على اصطفاء الله لآل النبي بقوله: أي اختارني وهذه فضيلة ما بعدها شيء، لذا قال رسول الله (ص): "كل سبب ونسب منقطع يوم القيامة إلا سببي ونسبي".
وفي هذا السياق يورد الكاتب موقف مدرسة أهل البيت من علم المعرفة النسبية وأهمية هذه المعارف في السنة النبوية الشريفة، واهتمام علماء الإسلام بها بحيث جعلوها في موضع مقارنة للمعارف الفقهية وغيرها، لذلك وضعت فيها المطولات والمختصرات، كل هذا كما يقول الكاتب ".. من أجل وضع المواريث، والعاقلة، والأخماس، في مواضعها الصحيحة، فلولا المعارف النسبية لتعسر علينا التفريق بين طبقات الإرث، أو صرف موارد الخمس في الوجوه الصحيحة ..." ومن هنا تأتي أهمية هذه المعارف.
قسم الكتاب إلى (66) عنوانا نذكر منها: النسب متعلق بصاحبه كما يتعلق به الميراث، معرفة النسب فرض كفاية على المسلمين، النطق الحسن يلزم بتصديق ما غاب علمه ... الخ.
