Book Description
عاش "أبو عامر بن شهيد" في فترتين من تاريخ الأندلس على طرفي نقيض: الأولى هي أزهى عصور التاريخ الأندلسي في ظل دولة العامريين، حيث ولد ونشأ وترعرع في أحضان العامريين، وقضى معهم أجمل أيام طفولته وقسماً من شبابه، والثانية، عصر الفتنة البربرية التي تمخّض عنها إنهيار الدولة الإسلامية، وتفكك الأندلس إلى دويلات متناحرة في ظل حكم ملوك الطوائف.
لقد عانت قرطبة، مسقط رأس "ابن شهيد"، الكثير من جراء هذه الفتنة، إذ نهبت دورها وأحرقت، وقتل العديد من أهلها، كما دمرت مدينتا الزهراء والزاهرة.
لقد عايش "أبو عامر" هذه المحن لأنه ظلَّ في قرطبة ولم يغادرها، كما فعل العديد من سكانها، وشهد مأساتها كاملة مما ترك أكبر الأثر في نفسه وفي أدبه، فبكاها بكاءً حاراً، ويعتبر شعره فيها فاتحة لرثاء المدن في الأندلس.
كان "أبو عامر" من أصحاب المَلّكات المزدوجة، فخلّف آثاراً شعرية ونثرية على شيء من الجودة الفنيَّة، لم يجمع شعره في أيامه ليحفظ من الضياع، وحفظ كتب الأب والتراجم قسماً منه، جُمع هذا القسم ونشر بعناية المستشرق شارل بلاّ عام 1963 تحت عنوان "ديوان ابن شهيد الأندلسي"، ولكن هذا الديوان بقي ناقصاً.
إذ أن المؤلف وخلال مطالعاته لكتب التراث، عثر على العديد من قصائد ابن شهيد التي لم يضمها الديوان، لذا ضمها في صفحات هذا الكتاب، أما نثره فلم يجمع كشعره، بإستثناء "رسالة التوابع والزوابع" التي نشرها وشرحها "بطرس البستاني"، ولكن رسائله الأخرى بقيت من دون جمع او دراسة، لذلك قام المؤلف بجمع هذه الرسائل وشرحها وضمِّها إلى نتاجه الشعري.
