هذه شعبة جديدة من شعب الإيمان تتحدث عن الحكم بين الناس. جمعت من الأحاديث الشريفة, وكانت شرحاً لآيات الحكم بين الناس التي نزلها الله تعالى. قال تعالى: (إن الله يأمركم أن تؤدوا الأمانات الى أهلها وإذا حكمتم بين الناس أن تحكموا بالعدل إن الله نعما يعظكم به إن الله كان سميعاً بصيراً), هذه الآية من أمهات الأحكام, تضمنت جميع الدين, خاطب الله تعالى بها من ملكهم الله تعالى رقاب العامة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أولاً, ثم أمراءه صلوات الله عليه, ثم الولاة بعدهم الى قيام الساعة. وتتناول أيضاً عامة الناس في حفظ الودائع, والتحرز في الشهادات وغير ذلك. وتتناول الأمانات الشرعية كالصلاة والزكاة وسائر العبادات. والله سبحانه وتعالى وصف نفسه بالحكم العدل, وأمر عباده بالقسط, ووصاهم فيما يتعاملون به بملازمته والانتهاء الى ما توجبه آلة العدل الموضوعة بينهم من الكيل والميزان.
