Book Description
صعب ومكلف جداً هو العبور من دولة العصبيّة إلى الدولة الحديثة، فهو لم يحدث من دون أثمان باهظة لا في التجربة الفرنسية (1789) ولا في التجربة الآسيوية اليابانية (1946) ولا في التجربة الجنوب إفريقية (1994)، وفي جميع هذه الحالات جاء في سياق عمليات قيصرية سياسية، بعضها إرادي وذاتي، وبعضها الآخر مفروض وخارجي.
أما في الشرق الأوسط والعالم العربي فلم يحدث أي شيء من هذا القبيل، لا بل ما شهدناه إبّان العقود الماضية، وما زلنا نعيشه حتى اليوم، هو تعميق للتوجّهات العصبيّة في مجالات الثقافة والفكر والسياسة والإقتصاد، وتمتين لحضور دولة العصبيّة في الحياة الإجتماعية العامة، بحيث إن من كان حاصلاً على عصبيّة، يُعطى له ويُزاد، فيما مَن كان فاقداً للعصبيّة، يؤخذ دوره منه.
العصبيّات أثمن هدية سياسية تقدّمها المجتمعات التقليدية للغرب وقد أَتْقَنَ الغربيّون - الذين يؤمنون بالعِلم قولاً وفعلاً - علم العصبيّات منذ زمن، فالبريطانيون، بمساعدة أنتروبولوجييهم البحثية، لجأوا بمهارة لعلم العصبيّات في الهند والسودان، الأمر الذي سَهَّلَ تقسيمهما.
لذلك، فإن المهمة الأولى والأساسية لكل مَن يرغب بمواجهة مستقبل أجيال الشباب العربي بشكل مسؤول، تتمثل بإخراج هذا المخلوق العصبي من العتمة ووضعه في دائرة النور، بغية درسه وتشريحه وفهمه في تكوينه البنيوي والتاريخي، تمهيداً لإستنبات بديل له.
