حيث يمتلك القرآن الكريم خصائص باهرة في نظمه وأُسلوبه وبلاغته، من روعة لفظيّة خلاّبة، ونسق بديع يسلب العقل والقلب معاً، تجلّى في نظامه الصوتي، وتركيبه اللغوي، ونسيج نظمه، ورقّة صياغته، وإنسجام حروفه وكلماته، وتألف إيقاعاته مع معانيه وإيحاءاته.
وهذا الكتاب الذي يحمل عنوان الرقم (5) من سلسلة الأحاديث المشتركة الشيخ محمد علي الأسدي يعدّ أحد المؤلّفات التي تساهم في رفد تيار من الوعي القرآني للجيل الحاضر، ودعم عملية التعريف بالرسالة الإسلامية وصاحبها صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبيان منزلة القرآن الكريم بين المسلمين.
ففضلاً عمّا يشتمل عليه هذا السفر من عرض روائي ممتع لبعض الجوانب القرآنية، وتصحيح لبعض المفاهيم المرتبطة به، فهو يؤكّد على جملة أمور لها، فيها أن مساحة المشتركات بين المدرستين: الشيعة والسنّية هي أوسع وأكبر - ممّا نظنّها - من المساحة المقابلة لها.
بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تعميق الثقافة التقريبية في ذهن المسلم دينياً وثقافياً، قولاً وعملاً إنطلاقاً من كون القرآن الكريم شفاء من كلّ داء، وليس هناك داء أعظم وأسوأ من داء التباغض والفُرقة، فكان حريّاً بكتاب الله أن يعالج هذا الداء الوبيل قبل غيره، ويصف له الدواء المناسب؛ والتأكيد على دور القرآن الكريم في التقارب بين المسلمين.
