وهكذا وأنت تقرأ القصيدة تظهر لك الخريطة مغبشة في البداية، ثم ما تلبث أن تتوضح بالتدريج. تظهر "جولييت" كقمر في ليال شتائية، حيث تمتلِئ السماء بالغيوم لتعود فتختفي، ولا يظهر القمر إلا لماما ليعود للاختفاء. "وجولييت" أمل غير مؤكد بكل حال. وقد لا يكون ثمة من قمر أو جولييت البتة، ذلك أنَّ الأفق المكفهر بلا انقطاع لقصيدة أديب حسن، يجعلك تشكّ بوجود قمر أو جولييت. لماذا؟ قد يكون وجود إخوة "يتنازعون على الفراغ" كما يقول، أو مغادرة الأصدقاء... الخ، سبباً. لكن السبب الحقيقي ما يلبث أن يظهر وينقلنا من السيرة الذاتية للشاعر إلى سيرة أخرى أصعب وأخطر... سيرة هوية غير محققة. يقول على لسان جبل "طوروس" القائم بين تركيا وسوريا.. "طوروس يهجس قد يكون بلا وطن". هذا الانتقال من السيرة الذاتية لسيرة هوية مفقودة أو ممزقة يأتي من خلال إدخال سيرة الأماكن وبعض الإشارات الأخرى في القصيدة. ففضلاً عن جبال "طوروس" يذكر الشاعر نصيبين والنهر المريض وجبال ماردين وكولي القرية الكردية شمالي نصيبين... الخ، ثم ما يلبث أن يستعير شخص الشاعر العراقي الكردي بلند الحيدري الذي مات في لندن بعيداً عن وطنه،.. فيقول: "وأنا بلند الحيدري تخونه الأوطان حتى عظمه الكردي.." ليصف نفسه بأنه: "يروون أني لم أكن /وبأن لي ملك العراء/ وأن دمعي أجنبي...".
