هذه الدراسة تستهدف تبيان وتحليل المخاطر الوثنية والنصرانية والشيعية في قنوات الأطفال العربية التي تستقبلها بيوت أهل السنة والجماعة، والمحددة في هذه الدراسة بقناة (إم بي سي ثري) وقناة (سبيس تون)، وقناة (سي إن كرتون العربية)، وقناة (طه للأطفال). وما نريد التأكيد عليه هو أن المحلل للأطروحات الغربية والشيعية في تلك القنوات سيلمس كثيرا من الخيوط المتشابكة بين الطرفين في معظم القضايا العقدية، فعلى مستوى الخرافات الوثنية سنجد في الأطروحات الإعلامية الغربية فكرة التحول وخرق العادة، وعند الشيعة سنجد الطفل المسردب، وقوة الأضرحة الروحية. وعلى مستوى العبادات سنجد الفساد التعبدي المظلل بالفوضى الكنسية، ويقابله ذلك التهريج الشيعي في التعبد. وحتى على المستوى الإجرامي فالطرح الغربي يكرس للعنف الدموي؛ والشيعي يستثمر ذلك ويسعى لتفريغ طاقة العنف في اتجاه الثأر من قتلة الحسين رضي الله عنه، والانضمام لجيش المهدي. وبين تلك الخيوط المتشابكة سيل من المخاطر العقدية التي سيتناولها هذا الكتاب بالشرح والتحليل والمعالجة.
