Book Description
الزكاة ركن من أركان خمسة بني عليها الإسلام وهي من ضروريات الدين، وهذا الكتاب يوضح ركن "الزكاة" عند العارفين وفق المذهب الإسلامي العلوي، لمؤلفه الشيخ "علي سليمان". يقول المؤلف "الزكاة في الشرع تطلق على الحصة المقدرة من المال التي فرضها الله للمستحقين كما تطلق على نفس إخراج هذه الحصة. قال الرضا عليه السلام: (ثم اقبض زكاة حقوقهم، أي الصكوك التي تنمو أرباحها يوماً فيوماً(...)". وفي هذا العمل يبين المؤلف كل ما يختص بركن "الزكاة" وفق ما أخبر عنها القرآن الكريم وحديث النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وآل البيت وعلمائهم والذين سماهم "العارفين". أما شروط الزكاة بحسب المؤلف "... اشترط بوجوبها (الزكاة) أمور منها: البلوغ وهو من الشرائط العامة في كل تكليف، والعقل هو الذي يحض على دفع الحقوق طاعة لأمر الله تعالى، والحرية لا زكاة على المقيد سواء بالعبودية أو الرقية أو بغيرها لمنعه من التصرف بماله، وأن يكون مالكاً بالفعل وملكه بيده والمذر في تمكنه على العرف. ص 49 من الكتاب".
