في هذا العمل ينبه الدكتور "نسيم الخوري" إلى خطورة الإعلام الصهيوني واختراقه الوعي المجتمعي العربي، وبالأخص اللبناني. حيث ازدادت الدعاية الصهيونية انتشاراً وأصبح موضوع التطبيع مع إسرائيل موضة نسمعها ونقرأها من دون أن نعي أبعادها ومفاعيلها وتأثيرها على بنيان الفرد والمجتمع، وهنا يبرز دور المثقف العربي والإعلامي الغيور على مصلحة بلاده.
يقول الدمتور "نسيم الخوري": "... قد لا نبالغ في القول إذا قلنا أن هذا النفوذ الصهيوني مقابل اللانفوذ العربي يشكل عقدة كبرى في تاريخ المثقفين العرب. فأول سؤال يطرحه العربي في أوروبا هو: لماذا التقصير العربي أو قل الإخفاق العربي، مقابل النجاح الصهيوني في السيطرة التامة على كل الوسائل الإعلامية؟ وتكرَ الأسئلة: ما معنى أن تسيطر فئة ما على الإعلام؟ (...) هل يعتبر المال عنصراً أساسياً في كجال النفوذ الإعلامي؟ وفي حال الإيجاب، لماذا بقي العرب، على رغم تفوقهم المالي وقدرتهم على شراء أهم الوسائل الإعلامية، متقاعسين في مجال الدعاية؟ (...)". وهنا يثور التساؤل ما نعرف عن الصهيونية وماذا يعرف الصهاينة عنا؟ لماذا ينحاز الغرب في شكل صارخ إلى القضايا الصهيونية/ ويتغاطى عن قضايا العرب المصيرية؟ إن الإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة وأسئلة أخرى كثيرة شكلت الدافع لدى المؤلف إلى وضع هذه الدراسة الجادة والصالحة لكل زمان ومكان في مناقشة قضايا العرب المصيرية من خلالها والدخول بعمق إلى مضامين الفكر الفلسفي اليهودي منذ نشأته مروراً بانتشاره والترويج لأحقيته في الوجود واتخاذ وطن. وكيف اشتغل فلاسفته ومفكريه وعلماؤه في مجال علم النفس على هذه الدعاية. وهنا يعرض المؤلف عدة دراسات ويذكر أهم الكتب والوثائق التي استخدمها اليهود ومهدت لاختراقهم وعي الناس في شتى أنحاء العالم.
الجدير بالذكر أن الكتاب يحتوي على وثائق هامة ألحقت بالدراسة بلغت (17) وثيقة وهي بمجملها تؤشر على عمق التأثير الإعلامي لليهود في اتجاهات متعددة.
