قصائد الشاعرة هيام علامة تهيم في عالم الحب وتغرق في أحلام عذبة، بضعة ثوانٍ، بضعة ساعات، بضعة ايام، ثم ما تلبث أن تعود لنقطة البداية، لنقف في "الهيام" / المجموعة الشعرية الجديدة لعلامة أمام حالة شعرية خاصة، تقدم نفسها كما هي شاعرتنا متلفعة بثوب رومانسي شفيف ممتزج بمرارة الواقعية الصادمة حول أسئلة هائمة يحضر (الوطن) بين سطورها؛ هذه المراوحة بين الحلم الرومانسي وتأويله الواقعي أو بين الإنتظار الرومانسي والخيبة الواقعية سمة مطردة في قصائد المجموعة؛ وبلغة، اقرب إلى التركيز على الجزالة النحوية، والبلاغة الإنشائية، والمعاني الروحية التي بدت محاولة لخلق شيء غير عادي في الشعر، شيء يحتوي حداثة اللغة وتقنياتها. نقرأ للشاعرة:
" لا أعرف ما بي اليوم؟ / لا أقدر أن أقف دموع عيوني / هل هي لجرح الوطن أم لجرح القلب؟ / إن قلبي منقسم ونبضه ضائع / إنه يصرخ .. ويصرخ / ولا أدري لمن للوطن أم للحبيب؟ / إن حبهما توأم الروح .. / إن جُرح الوطن فالجرح عميق / وإن غاب الحبيب فالجرح ذاته .." .
تضم المجموعة (الهيام) ما يقارب المائة وخمسون قصيدة نثرية جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "الخجل" ، "حب حتى الجنون" ، "بكل اللغات" ، "إعتراف" ، "أحب كبرياءك" ، "عبير الحروف" ، "وجود ورحيل" ، "بين السطور" ، "أفتش عنك بين .." ، (...) وقصائد أخرى.
